First Aid Training for Schools in Ukraine

*If you would like your donation to support this specific cause, please include the project name as a reference when making your donation.

With the war in Ukraine affecting every part of life, teaching first aid skills in schools is more critical than ever. Unfortunately, many Ukrainian schools lack the equipment needed for effective first aid training. For instance, without proper training mannequins, students and teachers are unable to practise crucial life-saving techniques that could truly help in real emergencies.

We’ve partnered with the Ukrainian Community of Bradford-on-Avon to raise funds for first aid training at Pavlo Chubynskyi Boryspil Lyceum, a school located just outside Kyiv. Our goal is to ensure that both students and teachers have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide first aid, particularly during the ongoing war.

We need to raise just over £5000 to make this project a reality.

Your support will help us:

  • Purchase training mannequins and other essential first aid equipment

  • Provide high-quality first aid training to both students and teachers

  • Equip the school with the resources needed to sustain this vital training

Why This Project is Important:

  • First aid saves lives: The skills taught during this training can make the difference between life and death, especially in a war zone.

  • Empowering the next generation: By training both students and teachers, we equip them to act quickly in emergencies, helping those in need during these challenging times.

How You Can Support Ukrainian Schools: Your donation will directly contribute to improving the quality of first aid training in Ukrainian schools, helping students and teachers become better prepared to respond in critical situations.
