About the event
We're launching a new informal talks series!
UKRAINE UNFOLDED: HISTORY, IDENTITY & LEGACY.
Join us for our first talk "Ukraine in Search of a History" which will offer a general overview of Ukraine as a historical entity in the light of geography, statehood, ethnicity and religion.
ABOUT THE SERIES We view the talks as events for the mixed British/Ukrainian audience with interest in Ukraine and history, hence the talks will be in English and will revoke the European historical context and parallels with the European and British history. The talk will include visual presentations to facilitate the material and discussion.
ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Andriy Kobzarenko holds a PhD in Political Science and has a twenty-year-long experience of working as a political analyst with international organisations in Ukraine as well as for Ukraine's government.
