UAID at BOA Join In!

BOA Join In! returns this June for another chance to celebrate the wide variety of community groups, charities, clubs and social groups Bradford on Avon has to offer, and our tireless UAID International BOA volunteers are delighted to be part of it.  

The event gives not-for-profit groups across the town the chance to showcase themselves to the community – whether that’s sharing information about their cause, recruiting volunteers, connecting with potential new members or sharing a taster of what they do. 

Over 30 groups and organisations are signed up to take part, so whether you’re looking for a new hobby, a way to meet people, volunteering opportunities or are simply curious about what’s going on in town, there’s sure to be something for everyone. 

The Ukraine Support Group will be serving refreshments, alongside a fun activity where children and parents can create their own home decorations. You can also join in with communal song-writing and art with the recently founded Kindwaves Charity. 

The event coincides with the end of Volunteers Week, and there’ll be a chance to discover the wide range of volunteering opportunities in the town. We'd be delighted to see new volunteers from the local community joi…
